Scott Gross has been the director of operations since June of 2007. He brings a wealth of sales and customer service experience with him from fortune 500 companies all over chicagoland. Scott considers it an honor to meet with people that are facing a very difficult day in their life, and provide them with a comfortable setting to memorialize their loved ones.

Liz Cuozzo has been the administrative assistant since June of 2007. Liz is very involved in the daily operations of the cemetery especially with new marker orders. Liz will provide you with a touch of southern hospitality as she handles concerns and requests made by family members, and works closely with the director to see each request through to completion.

Ruth Litherland has been one of our family service counselors since June of 2008. Ruth is a very caring individual that enjoys setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers and helping them care for their arrangements ahead of time. Ruth has a talent of making a connection with individuals in a short amount of time and developing a good rapport in her presentation.

Our dedicated grounds staff is the reason Memory Lane always looks beautiful year round. Mark Pfeifer and Darin Scudder are very dedicated to keeping Memory Lane one of the most beautiful memorial parks in Northwest Indiana. Mark and Darin have several years of landscaping experience and use that knowledge to constantly add to the beauty of the park.
