Scott Gross

Director of Operations

Scott has been the director of operations since June of 2007. He brings a wealth of sales and customer service experience with him from fortune 500 companies all over the Chicagoland area. Scott considers it an honor to meet with people that are facing a very difficult day in their lives and provide them with a comfortable setting to memorialize their loved ones.

Liz Cuozzo

Administrative Assistant

Liz has been the administrative assistant since June of 2007. Liz is very involved in the daily operations of the cemetery, especially with new marker orders. Liz will provide you with a touch of southern hospitality as she handles concerns and requests made by family members and works closely with the director to see each request through to completion.

Ruth Litherland

Family Service Counselor

Ruth has been one of our family service counselors since June of 2008. Ruth is a very caring individual that enjoys setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers and helping them care for their arrangements ahead of time. Ruth has a talent of making a connection with individuals in a short amount of time and developing a good rapport in her presentation.

Jay Towne

Sales Manager

Jay has been a member of the team since March of 2010 and has been a tremendous new addition to the park.

He has over 21 years of experience as an assistant pastor in Pasco Washington and Gaylord Michigan. He has been married to his wife Becky for 26 years and they have two children and reside currently in Schererville.

Jay is a natural when dealing with people. It is one of his strengths, and he is also in charge of our sales department
and is constantly looking for ways to connect with family’s of the recently departed.

Andrew Webb

Grounds Manager

I would like to welcome the newest member of our team Mr. Andrew Webb, our new Grounds Manager. Andrew has had several years of experience with grounds labor at Hyles Anderson College and Memory Lane and is also very skilled with small engine repair. His new responsibilities include mowing the park, setting grave markers, and helping us to continue to make Memory Lane Park look beautiful! please welcome Andrew!
